We adopted this safety measure after incidents in which tourists canceled tours just a few hours before departure, often when the team had already been arranged and transportation and fuel costs had already been covered.
We require a 50% deposit of the total tour amount.
The remaining 50% must be paid at the base before the selected tour begins.
Refunds are accepted in two situations:
ⓘ For the safety of our guests, we do not operate tours during storms or heavy rain. In these cases, we either reschedule for another available date or issue a refund for the amount paid.
